OFFENDING released their first demo in 2005 featuring the four songs. This self released demo was the result of an already intense activity since the band has played around France along with such bands as Genital Grinder, Necropsy, Prophecy and Godless Truth. In early 2007, an ep entitled "The Destruction Of The Human Spirit" was released, featuring "The Butcher" (vocals) and Yoni (bass), part of the current incarnation of the band. This new recording, particularly acclaimed by metal press, confirmed the progress of OFFENDING and potential. In 2009 Offending won "Sin Session", a national metal competition and played at the "Rock Hard Tent" at the 2009 Hellfest, sharing the stage with Vader, Immolation, Enslaved, Sacred Reich, etc. Also in 2009, OFFENDING completed the recording of their first album called "Human Concept", mixed and mastered by Neb Xort at Drudenhaus Studio (Anorexia Nervosa, Necroblaspheme and Ultra Vomit). Human Concept's music is best described as sombre death metal which will please fans of Morbid Angel, Immolation, Vile and Hate Eternal.
